Each drawer has its original turned wooden knob and both cupboards have brass escutcheons and come with working keys.
The dresser has its original plate rack with moulded cornice, three graduated shelves and many of its original hooks. The rack has a fully planked back with wonderful wide original boards.
It is in very good condition throughout and displays beautifully. It is not without signs of age and use and there are some minor old stains and marks on the top surface but this has all helped to develop a beautiful rich patina over the years. There are no major damages and the drawers open well and the interior is generally clean and tidy. There has been a small repair to the top of one back board but it hasn't affected the piece. The dresser has been given a thorough clean and gentle polish and is ready for use.
