Large 19th Century Imari Charger.

The charger with a slightly dished profile. The outer body with reserves of inward facing birds, alternating with reserves of scrolling flowers, against a background of tree and flower filled landscapes. The centre of the charger decorated with a crane, perching within the hanging branches of a tree. The rear with leaf decoration, and a recessed foot rim.
