A most decorative French eight-day striking clock, circa 1875.The eight day movement striking the full hours and half hours contained in a beautiful case, surmounted by a flying cherub holding a flaming torch and garland, over a porcelain dial. Further decorated with a cherub holding a garland within Roman numerals.
