A pretty Bloor period Derby porcelain dessert plate from a bespoke service, enamelled with a rich apple green ground band framed in gilt and finely painted with a botanical floral specimen of a rose, named on the reverse in red script, along with small scattered insects. A small reserve within the green ground is painted with an armorial of the coronet of a marquess over the letter ''B''.
