Antique Burr Walnut Coffee Table

1900 - 1920
Description

An excellent antique Queen Anne style coffee table in Walnut. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1920’s.

It is of superb quality, with absolutely beautiful grain patterns and colour tones. The design is gorgeous, with a serpentine edge and shapely cabriole legs. There is intricate acanthus leaf carving on the corners, shell carving on the sides and carved hairy paw feet.

We have had this recently re-polished, the condition is excellent for its age.

Depth – 18 inches , 46 cm

Height – 17 inches , 43 cm
