Pair of 19th C Ormolu Candlesticks

Description

The Pair of 19th century Ormolu Candle Sticks, each with twin branches emerging from vine leaves, as they wrap around the fluted stem topped by flowers and berries.

The branches twisting and rising to the vine leaf and grape arms, which sweep up to outward turned leaves, supporting vases with flower swagged decoration, the vases forming the candle holders, with lift out drip pans.

The circular bases with rounded flutes, leading to two bands of classical leaves, surrounding a concave banding, before the straight foot rim.
