A good figured camphor wood late 19th. Century campaign travelling trunk with protective brass straps, corners and escutcheon plate. The lid lifts to a storage area and each end has metal carrying handle. The trunk benefits from dovetailed joints and working lock with key. Ideal size to be used as a small coffee table.
