Victorian Bijouterie Table - Inlaid - c1890

A lovely example of a late Victorian Bijouterie Case.

The piece is crafted from mahogany and benefits from parallellogram crossbanded inlay to the upper face and further tramline inlay to the inner perimeter. The single tramline inlay theme runs throughout the square section cabriole legs and across the stretchers.

This cabinet has an interior nicely lined with a soft blue velvet textile.

Overall the cabinet is nicely proportioned and is in good order.
