An early 20th century antique pitch pine bench with reversible flip over backrest. The antique pitch pine bench has a backrest that is raised on iron supports and can be tilted or flipped over so you can sit facing the other way. The antique pitch pine bench has a solid seat and is raised on shaped cast iron legs. Finished with a fresh coat of natural wax.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks and scratches to the seat and backrest (pictured). There is also rusting and age-related patina to the cast iron supports (pictured). The antique pitch pine bench remains structurally solid and intact, with the flip over backrest working well. A good example of a rustic antique pitch pine bench.
