Oak Corner Cupboard Cabinet Case Antique Hanging C1780

Description

George lll Oak Corner Cabinet - circa 1780

This cabinet is nicely presented and is in good order throughout.

The glazed multi-panel door hangs on concealed hinges and features a charming bone lock escutcheon. In addition there is a small brass pull knob.

Internally there reside three shelves with oak front edge detail. The remainder of the interior has been recently painted with a classic Farrow & Ball shade 'Bone'

The upper is finished with an original crown and the perimeter of the piece is complete with moulding trim.

Overall and excellent and clean example with an especially pleasing glazed door. This cabinet will serve as a complement in any room.
