The Fancy Fox has dated this piece to the Georgian era.
Hallmarks to the front, King George III, lion passant and maker's mark for Richard Ferris of Exeter. No town assay mark or date letter but c.1795-1810.

It measures 9.8cm (3 7/8") high, 12cm (4 3/4") spout to handle and 7cm (2 3/4") wide. It weighs 100g / 3.2ozt.
In very good condition: a very neat professional repair to the top of the handle. No damage or dents, minor handling wear only to the outside, engraving and marks are clear. Some minor surface marks inside.
