Description

A magnificent large English desk compass measuring 6 1/2" in diameter; the underside has been finished with some new green baize to protect your desk-top.

Made from mahogany with a brass bezel surrounding the glass,

protecting the printed paper dial incorporating; the direction is indicated by an English cross bar needle which pivots on a bearing.

Dating to the Edwardian era, c.1900/1910, it remains in excellent condition measuring 6 1/2" in diameter x 1 1/2".
