French Made Ww1 Binoculars for British Military Issue C.1917

Description

A wonderful pair of fully refurbished French made binoculars, stamped M G (Ministere de la Guerre) and signed by the famous maker, Colmont of Paris.

The brass has been meticulously professionally polished, a winning combination with the cognac leather. The brass is engraved with the military crows foot mark together with S 4 and 19826.

The polished brass is a wonderful pairing with the exquisite and tactile embossed leather. They are in full working order and come complete with their leather case (wear commensurate with age).

Excellent condition, the case measuring 6" x 3 3/4" x 7" tall.
