Antique Mahogany Leather Top Coffee Table

1940 - 1960
Description

A smart and very well made antique mahogany leather top coffee table in the Regency style. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1950’s.

It is a lovely size, the circular top has a beautiful inset green leather surface, and a pierced brass gallery. This sits on a splayed mahogany tripod base with brass hairy paw casters.

We have had this re-polished, one of the feet has a historical repair, seen in the images. The repair has been glued and also screwed from below, so is very strong. Overall this is in lovely condition for its age.
