Set of Six Mahogany Dining Chairs C.1830

19th century
Description

Good quality set of six Regency rosewood dining chairs c.1830. Broad curving backrests in flame mahogany over particularly attractive carved and pierced stretchers. Loose seat pads upholstered in quality crimson red leather. With an unusual split turned detail to the front apron and raised octagonal section tapering front legs with turned tops and finial feet. Very good colour and condition, simply cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
