Superb Quality Victorian Open Bookcase

Description

A very good quality Victorian highly figured walnut breakfront open bookcase. The top having subtle kingwood cross banding with a shallow up-stand to the back. The deeper centre section having two walnut faced adjustable shelves and flanked by 2 shallower sections each having 3 adjustable shelves. Each section divided by left and right handed barley twist columns with turned capitals and further kingwood cross banding to either side. The whole raised on a conforming breakfront plinth base with matching highly figured walnut.Condition - Fine Dimensions:- Height…40.5’’/ 103cm. Width…78’’/ 198cm. Depth…16.25’’/ 41cm. Delivery to most of U.K. mainland £75.
