An Edwardian Silver Lidded Trinket Pot

A delightful Edwardian silver mounted trinket pot. This unusual and attractive piece is of round form with a decorated silver lid. The jar is beautifully cut in fan and facet cutting and has a star cut base. The lid has a garland pattern to the border and is set with a stunning sapphire blue glass stone to the centre. A practical piece of dressing table ware, with a variety of uses. Dimensions below.

Condition :- Excellent, with no holes or splits to the silver and no chips or cracks to the glass. There are a few minor scuffs to the edge of the stone, commensurate with age and use.
