Silver Gilt and Glass Hip Flask - Small Size

1900 - 1920
Description

This is a super small hip flask, probably originally for a lady, it would easily fit into a bag.

The top and cup carry initials contemporary with the age of the item. The top and cup are silver gilt and in good order, with clear marks to both. Some wear to the gilding on the screw top, which has the original cork insert and very light wear to the cup, a very minor dent to one corner of the cup. The gilding inside the cup is in great condition, looks pretty much unused.

Marked for London 1913 makers mark Norman Marshall.
