Georgian Mahogany Standing Corner Cabinet Circa 1770

Description

Superb George III mahogany standing corner cabinet in two parts with arched and raised panel doors to top section and oblong raised panel doors to base. Lovely moulded cornice with centre cartouche and carved moulding repeated curved at sides and as top door astrigal. Brass H hinges and standing on bracket feet, Fixed shelves within. All in fine original condition except front on left foot. Wonderful soft slightly golden colour with great waxed patina. A fine example.

Size; 88" high, 30" from back corner to side.
