A Spode bone china porcelain coffee can bat printed with a scene from the series grouped under pattern number 557, comprising many differing country landscape scenes. This scene showing two men talking in the foreground of a landscape with a large farmhouse just behind and church and windmill in the distance. Gilt rims and detail to the handle. Pattern number painted to the base, c,1805.

It measures 6.5cm (2 1/2") high and 6.5cm (2 1/2") rim to rim.

In excellent condition with no damage or repair. Very minor wear to a couple of spots on the rim only.
