George III period, mahogany and satinwood crossbanded demi-lune console cum folder tea table, Circa 1770. This console table, features an attractively figured mahogany top, satinwood crossbanded border with strung edge The top folds out to reveal a circular top. Supported by a double gateleg rear legs. Well figured frieze with crossbanded border panels. Square tapered strung inlaid legs.
A quality period table, with some flaws and repairs. In a reasonable condition and ready for use.

This table measures approximately 73 cm (28.5'') tall, 91 cm (36'') wide, 45 cm (18'') deep unfolded, and 90.5 cm (35.5'') deep folded out.
Condition:
Please see the pictures for details of the items condition. - This table is in reasonable condition, commensurate with its age, and is structurally reasonably sound and sturdy. A few repairs including veneers to the folded out top, some crossbanding. A few small losses to the stringing. Little clouding of the polish on the frieze.
... Some odd marks and blemishes, in keeping with age and use. Ready for use. - As with all vintage & antique furniture there will be signs of use, marks, wear & tear, etc.
