Superb 19th Century French Gilt Pier Mirror

This is a beautifully Decorative Gold Frame Mirror it is an unusual shape with gilded carving, a large and intricate piece with a pierced shell and floral decoration at the top and a very attractive serpentine shape at the bottom

The 4” wide frame is carved with Scrolls and flowers, the gilt finish is bright and original, the mirror glass is original and has an unusually wide bevel
