Georgian Mahogany Bachelor's Chest C.1780

Description

Sweet little late 18th.c. mahogany bachelor’s chest of drawers c.1780. Just 30? wide with four drawers of graduated height plus a brushing slide in the top. Solid San Domingo mahogany top with a simple moulded edge. Solid mahogany drawer fronts with scratch carved detail and later Georgian pattern brass handles and escutcheons. Base moulding and shaped bracket feet at the front and sides. Solid mahogany sides and oak drawer linings. Very good condition and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
