Georgian Mahogany Bow Chest of Drawers Circa 1795

18th century
Description

Good quality George III figured mahogany bow fronted chest of two short and three long oak lined drawers still bearing their original octagonal brass handles. The top with narrow satinwood band and chequer inlay. Similar chequer inlay to the drawer fronts. All in fine original condition with just a couple of minor repairs. Lovely rich colour with fine waxed patina. (just noticed when pictured a small piece of veneer missing under right top drawer which will be repaired). THE BARGAIN OF THE WEEK.
