For sale is this exceptionally fine RAF issued Jaeger-LeCoultre pocket watch with enlarged sub-seconds silver dial, no 6E/50 A11036, circa 1940. The pocket watch is in unrestored original condition and retains its excellent rare silver Air Ministry design dial with the large sub-seconds dial, which was preferred by RAF navigators for charting and timing. It also retains its original fine deep blue stylized handset that is synonymous to this version. The original case retains almost all its original plate although there is slight service wear, as shown in the pics and one small shallow dent to the case rear. Fully signed fine gilt movement in full working order having recently been fully serviced. The watch is 5.2cm in diameter excluding the winding crown. Now extremely difficult to find in this condition and with this dial combination. Price £695.00. RESERVED NAF
