Smart Profusely Inlaid Mahogany London Edwardian Desk

Description

From an estate in cheshire a super mahogany antique desk profusely inlaid with various woods. It is in perfect condition with a new gilt tooled leather insert

It stands on.original.brass castors.

This extremely smart desk measures 122cms long 75cms high and 56cms deep. The ht of the kneehole is 58cms.

The inlay features satinwood banding, boxwood, rosewood and other exotic woods. The workmanship.is of the highest quality probably made by edwards and roberts top london cabinetmakers from the period this was made .
