Victorian Dining Table Seats Eight

19th century
Description

An excellent circa 1840 early Victorian period mahogany circular extending dining table. Of fine construction in solid Cuban mahogany and with 2 leaf insertions. All standing on elegant turned legs which terminate in their original solid brass castors. The castors and unusual quality table clips are stamped Cope and Collinson The table will accommodate 8 people with comfort .

It remains in very good original condition that has a great colour and patina with a wonderful Grain .

The table extends to 238 cm in length and 122 cm diameter when closed each leaf extension is 58cm wide and can be used singly giving size options .
