Thomas de Grey, the second Earl de Grey (1781 - 1859) was a Tory politician in 19th century Britain.
Not to be confused with the Earl Grey title of nobility, the 2nd Earl Grey - Charles - was a Whig prime minister during the reign of William IV (in office 1830-1834).
