Edwardian Antique Oak 'The Gem' Stationery Box

A fine quality Edwardian antique oak 'The Gem' stationery box. The antique stationery box is of rectangular form when closed with brass carry handles to both sides. The antique stationery box has a hinged lid that opens to reveal a fitted interior with numerous storage compartments, a purple leather writing slope, letter racks and its original inkwells. Lovely colour and grain throughout.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks, scratches and minor stains to the exterior (pictured), further marks and stains to the interior (pictured). The leather also has apparent scratches and tears (pictured), however this doesn't affect the overall integrity of the product. The antique oak stationery box remains structurally solid and sound. Overall, a great example of its kind.

In case of return, items must be received back in the same condition as delivered and a collection fee of £85 will apply, this would be deducted from any refund amount.
