Description

A wonderful heavy Georgian silver cream jug in the Huguenot style.

Sits on four paw feet with Bacus masks at the top of each one.

Superb embossed decoration, possibly later, with a super cast handle with a human head at the top.

Unengraved cartouche to the front.

Original silver gilt interior lovely soft colour.

Marks to base London 1815 makers mark partially rubbed.
