Book Reacher Grabber

Description

This handsome and useful library book grabber which dates from the 19th Century is made of wood with brass and gilded fittings and has a great patina.

This antique reacher is 77 cm in length with a brass claw at the end and brass lever mechanism which all works well.

Being a shorter length this grabber is unusual so would make a really useful piece for the home.

The length from the lever to the tip is 59 cm / 23" and the gap between the claws is 5 cm / 2".

Dimensions: Length: 77 cm (30 1/4").

Condition: Very good used antique condition with a nice patina and signs of use in keeping with age. The mechanism is in full working order.

Please note that only the grabber is included and any other items in the pictures are for display only.
