Superb Persian Baktiari village rug from Chahar villages, Mahal, probably Boldaji village. Absolutely stunning design with central diamond medallion on off white field with diamond motifs. Multiple geometric borders. Wonderful vibrant vegetable colours. Very tightly woven with thick pile. Great lustrous wool. Has very little wear. A truly magnificent larger rug,
