Chest of Drawers Victorian Antique Extra Deep Drawer

Description

Excellent Chest of Drawers - Generous Size - Huge Lower Drawer - c1890

A wonderful set of drawers which are in good order. This lovely piece of furniture is of good proportions and sits upon an attractive continuous plinth.

The chest comprises of a 5 drawer layout:

Top pair = 18cm deep

2nd tier = 20cm

3rd tier = 22cm

Lower tier = 30cm

The lower drawer is cleverly designed to carry with it the plinth therefore making it a very impressive and most useful depth.

The build quality is excellent and the colour of the mahogany is glorious. The rounded mouldings to the front are attractive and help to soften the look.

There are no keys with the chest and two locks for the top drawers are missing.

Overall a lovely clean chest which will serve well and look great.
