Description

Large Oak Chest - Dome Top - Candle Box Inside

This is a large dome topped chest that is very solidly built. The main structure is crafted from 30mm thick oak boards - this is far more substantial than is usually seen on pieces of this type. The top domed lid of the chest is made from lovely pine stock.

The interior is very well presented and has the benefit of an oak candle box fitted to the left hand side.

The iron work is all robust and fitting of the piece.

Overall a fine item that offers tremendous storage space and acts as an interesting piece of furniture too.
