Description

A fine quality ebony, boulle, red tortoise shell and ormolu mounted 19th Century credenza. Having an ebonised serpentine top above a boulle and tortoise shell inlaid frieze and having serpentine end doors, rectangular central doors with figural ormolu mounts. The interior lined in blue velvet and the whole raised on a shaped ebonised plinth with further cast ormolu mounts. English cabinet made in the French taste circa 1860-1870, fully restored and re-polished to a high standard with working keys.

Dimensions: 78" wide x 16.5" deep x 42" high
