George V Silver Silver Aide Memoire by Nathan & Hayes, Chester 1911

1900 - 1920
Description

This simple and elegant silver aide memoire is dated Chester 1911 and was made by the renowned Nathan & Hayes. Of rounded rectangular form, the plain front with chain attachment and finger ring. The interior lined with the original blue moire silk including an ivory coloured notepad and a silver propelling pencil. The back plain and fully hallmarked.

Hallmarks:

GN over RH for George Nathan & Ridley Hayes.

Lion Passant.

Chester Assay Mark.

Date letter "l" for 1911.

Dimensions:

10.5cm x 8cm.

4 inches x 3 inches.

Condition:

Silver case in excellent condition with no dings or dents.

Good hinge, snaps shut.

Legible set of hallmarks.

Clean Interior, still very bright in colour.
