Description

A Superb George III Mahogany Secretaire Press Chest made by renowned makers Gillows of Lancaster. The fall fronted drawers open to reveal the secretaire, containing several Mahogany drawers and pigeon holes and based lined writing surface. Below the cupboard doors open to reveal the original linen slides, fantastic quality made from fine solid Mahogany. Stamped "Gillows of Lancaster" to the secretaire. Retaining all original locks, handles and escutcheons. The whole raised on splayed feet.
