Gents large Omega wrist watch, c1939.

The watch has a 15-jewel hand-winding movement, calibre 30T1, which is working nicely. The movement is fully signed and it has the serial number 9,179,715 which dates it back to around 1939.

The watch is a good size at 35mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is stainless steel and it is in good condition with just very light surface marks, nothing serious at all. The inside of the case back has the Omega logo.

The signed winding crown is probably a period replacement.

The lens is in lovely condition.

The signed dial has darkened with age but still easy to read the time. Blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and outer minute markers.

A new leather strap has been fitted.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.
