We are delighted to be able to offer this fine & practical solid silver salver made by Thomas Hannam & Richard Mills in London, 1763.

Being made by Hannam (a fine salver maker) despite its compact size, the salver is rather sturdy and made with a good degree of detailing and quality.

The classical plain Georgian finish of the centre is contrasted by its 'pie-crust' and Rococo-style shell border. The salver is supported by three cast-silver feet.

The size of the salver allows for it to be not only used for display purposes but for an array of practical uses such as serving deserts, presenting letters, drinks, jewellery, cigars, small objects on your desk etc.

A delightful piece of fine yet practical silverware that can be fully enjoyed even today in the modern era - an ideal piece to get creative with and an exceptionally stylish way to serve/present your guests with treats.

The tray is fully hallmarked with Georgian English marks on the base.
