Artist Biography

Herbert John Finn (1860-1942) was a painter and printmaker who studied at the South Kensington Schools, Antwerp and in Paris. He painted mainly British topographical scenes and an example of his work is in the collection of Indiana University Art Museum, USA. Finn exhibited with the RA, RBA, RI, at the Modern Gallery and at the Chenil Gallery in London.
