Description

A wonderfully decorative napkin ring made from Sterling Silver and beautifully pierced or reticulated with a an attractive foliate design within large scrolls, all further enhanced with some engraved detailing.

There is a large shield-shaped cartouche to the front of the napkin ring which could be engraved with by your silversmith should you wish.

There is a good clear hallmark for Sheffield 1899, making this a true Victorian example; the makers initials GGR are also present.

A good gauge of silver weighing .94 Troy Ounces or 29.4 Grams. 1 3/4" in diameter x 1 1/4" thick.
