In A Nutshell Antiques and Interiors has dated this piece to the 1930s.
They are all fully stamped and signed on the underneath "Crocus. Hand Painted. Bizarre by Clarice Cliff. Newport Pottery England".
They are in good condition for their age. The colours have remained bright and vibrant and there are no major damages or restoration. They have been well used and there are some light surface marks and knife marks to the centre of the plates and a small scuff on the back rim of one plate (see photo) but nothing detrimental and they display well.
