Arundel Clocks has dated this Victorian Double Fusee Clock to the 1860s.
I have for sale an 1860s gothic Style double fusee bracket clock in stunning condition for the age and striking the hours on a bell with a nice early movement fully serviced in perfect working order made by Edwards of London.

The Case
The case is in beautiful mahogany and stands 17” high x 11” wide with a depth of 7.

The clock stands on wooden ball feet.
The Dial
The dial is in good original condition painted white steel with Roman numerals which is 5.5 inches wide and 8” tall and still retains the fine moon hands signed by the maker Edwards of London.

The Movement
The movement is an eight-day double fusee time and strike which strikes the hours on a large tuned bell to the rear, the movement has been serviced two months ago so keeping good time over eight days via the original London-style pendulum.

Overall a very nice clock quite rare in this original condition that looks great on display keeping good time.
The photos do not do justice to this lovely old clock.
As with all my clocks, this one is sold with a ‘back-to-base’ 3-month guarantee. I also offer future clock servicing, which I carry out personally at a heavily discounted rate.
Collection welcome delivery or postage is possible.
I will post worldwide.
