Technical Description
An early 18th century baluster toastmaster glass. A heavily deceptive trumpet bowl rests upon a baluster stem featuring a large teared ball knop. The piece is supported by a folded conical foot with a rough pontil.
The same form can be seen in Eighteenth Century Drinking Glasses by LM Bickerton Page 75 Plate 95.

Excellent, age-related wear as shown.
