Antique Edwardian Inlaid Mahogany Display Cabinet

Description

A stunning antique Edwardian mahogany display cabinet, this is one of the best models we have come across. It dates from the 1890-1910 period.

The quality is outstanding, and this has a wonderfully elegant design. There is fine satin wood inlaid marquetry all over, as well as satin wood cross banding. The top edges are finely carved and this has a beautifully moulded cornice, with an impressive pediment above the door. The interior is lined with gold velvet, which is in good overall condition with some very light marks.

We have just had this re-polished, it is in great overall condition for its age.
