Oak Corner Cupboard Cabinet Case Antique Hanging C1840

Description

Lovely Example of Early Victorian Oak Corner Cabinet - circa 1840

This cabinet is in lovely order. The oak is nicely presented and shows the grain wonderfully.

The fielded panel door hangs on a pair of hinges and contains a lock mechanism (sorry no key) and a charming brass lock escutcheon. In addition there are both a small brass pull knob and a quarter turn bar catch.

Internally there resides a pair of shelves with a detailed and shaped edge profile that look wonderful. For purposes of measuring the cabinet shelf layout will allow an item of up to 31cm tall to be stood inside.

This cabinet will serve as a complement in any room.
