Early 18th Century Antique Oak Coffer

A beautiful early 18th century antique oak coffer. The antique oak coffer has a panelled front and sides, with lovely carved detailing to the corners, and a hinged lid that opens to reveal a spacious interior. Raised on block feet. A rather pleasing example, full of authentic charm.

Height – 65.5cm / Width – 114.5cm / Depth – 58.5cm

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks, scratches, fading and shrinkage to the top (pictured), further marks and splits to the sides and front (pictured). There are losses to the wood in places due to evidence of historic woodworm, however this is now long gone and has been fully treated as a precaution. The antique oak coffer remains structurally solid and sound. Overall, a good example of its kind.

In case of return, items must be received back in the same condition as delivered and a collection fee of £85 will apply, this would be deducted from any refund amount.
