Late C18th / early C19th George III period circular mahogany fold-down �dumb-waiter�.Two graduated and revolving circular tiers with folding drop-flap �rule-jointed� sides, each held in position with a swivelling shaped bar support beneath. Each tier with a simple �thumb-moulded� profile edge. The vase turned central column onto a swept and reeded tripod base , each with square brass box-toe castors . In excellent original condition with a rich consistent colour and patina.A useful folding table of unusual scale and proportions with a multitude of practical uses for serving or display.
