Fowey River Antiques has dated this piece to the 1940s.

It has the legendary calibre 83 movement which is regarded as one of the finest movements ever made and known as the watchmakers watch, as you can see is in superb condition.
The dial is in mint condition having been fully restored, the peacock blue hands and the winding crown are original

As you would expect the watch is fully marked on the dial, movement and case.
The stainless steel case with beautiful teardrop lugs measures 35.5mm in diameter not including the crown which makes this an oversize model for the period.
