A Victorian solid walnut revolving piano stool c1870. The circular seat sits above a frame of solid walnut with four turned outswept legs and a central turned pedestal United by four turned stretchers. The seat height can be adjusted by turning it clockwise and the seat will rise to at least 2inches. There will be a central turning mechanism hidden within the pedestal and connected to the seat - it works perfectly up and down. The seat has been recovered over the original upholstery, with new quality cotton fabric and brass studs. Excellent condition.
